A loaded stack will never outweigh the benefits of a healthy diet.

I try my hardest to keep it simple and use supplements as they were intended to be used.. as additions to a healthy diet!!

My current supplements include:

Protein:

  • Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (French Vanilla Creme, Extreme Milk Chocolate, Mocha Cappuccino)
  • Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein (Chocolate Supreme)

Recovery/Aminos:

  • SciVation Xtend (Lemon Lime Sour, Green Apple)

Contains BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids. Solid electrolyte combo for muscle recovery and hydration.

Pre-workout:

  • Nutrex Lipo6x Black for Her
  • Nutrex Hemo-Rage Black (Bruisin’ Berry, and definitely not my favorite flavor in the world)

Cycled 8 weeks on/ 4 weeks off.

Other supplements & vitamins (everyday):

  • MRM CLAs 1250 (conjugated linoleic acid)
  • Green Tea Extract
  • Biotin
  • Vitamin A
  • Multivitamin
  • Triple Strength Glucosamine-Chondroitin w/ Vitamin D
