Contains BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids. Solid electrolyte combo for muscle recovery and hydration.
Pre-workout:
- Nutrex Lipo6x Black for Her
- Nutrex Hemo-Rage Black (Bruisin’ Berry, and definitely not my favorite flavor in the world)
Cycled 8 weeks on/ 4 weeks off.

- MRM CLAs 1250 (conjugated linoleic acid)
- Green Tea Extract
- Biotin
- Vitamin A
- Multivitamin
- Triple Strength Glucosamine-Chondroitin w/ Vitamin D
